Encryption Transport encryption with TLS 1.2 in transit, data at rest encrypted to Azure standard (AES-256). Identity & access SSO via your M365 tenant, role-based access (RBAC) and Managed Identity instead of shared secrets. Network isolation VNet with dedicated subnets, private endpoints and controlled egress via Azure Firewall (default-deny). Secrets in Key Vault Keys, certificates and secrets live exclusively in Azure Key Vault — never in the application. Data minimization Dictations are processed for transcription and — unless required — not stored permanently.
